Having self-published a photobook on the architectural heritage of Bath, I have continued to cultivate my passion for photographing architecture and urban spaces. I am now delivering photography and videography services to estate agents and property companies across Bath and the surrounding area. I am committed to delivering high quality real estate media designed to capture attention, increase engagement, and drive interest from potential buyers and tenants.
First impressions are essential when marketing a property. I bring my artistic vision to produce exceptional property imagery that truly showcases each space. With a keen attention to detail, I focus on highlighting the unique character, setting, and standout features of every property, elevating each listing and helping it reach its full potential.

Services and pricing:
Photography
Providing high quality photography services that showcase the applicable property. All photographs are taken using a Sony full frame mirrorless camera, using ultra-wide prime lenses. Internal photographs are taken tripod mounted to optimise the ISO setting and image resolution. Photography editing is included. My aim is for a swift turn around and delivery of photographs and other digital media (usually within 2 working days following the assignment). Communication of your vision and thoughts for promoting and photographing the property would be welcome (i.e. in advance of the actual photography assignment taking pace).
15 Photos e.g. 1 to 2 bed property £50.00
25 Photos e.g. 3 to 4 bed property £75.00
35 Photos e.g. 5 bed property £95.00
N.B. at no extra charge, the above pricing also includes basic elevated drone photography, to capture external view of a property from an impressive higher angle (e.g. up to 5m) that would otherwise be out of reach of normal photography.
Drone plus
Likely flying at 20m and above, and seeking to provide stunning / high quality aerial videography and aerial photography services to further showcase the applicable property, its plot and setting. All videos and photographs are taken using a DJI Mini 5 Pro drone. A range of angles and flight paths will be explored to optimise results. The drone plus service is priced as an extension / uplift to the photography service. The drone service CAA approved and insured. This service is offered / priced as an extension / uplift to the photography service.
The price for an additional hour on site to take aerial photographs and aerial video clips +£35.00
Floor plans
To measure all rooms and to create scale floorplans. This service is offered / priced as an extension / uplift to the photography service.
Small e.g. 1 to 2 bed property +£25.00
Medium e.g. 3 to 4 bed property +£35.00
Large e.g. 5+ bed property +£45.00
Video walk through
Offered as an extension / uplift to the photography service. HD video clips to be generated using a gimbal mounted smartphone for stabilisation. This provides an ideal way to show the flow into and around the applicable property.
Video Clips The price for an additional hour on site to take HD video clips +£35.00
Video editing
A video editing service is available to sequence and blend the above digital assets. Price on request. This could combine:
- your brand / logo / contact info
- video clips of the selected property (aerial & walkthrough)
- still photographs of the selected property
- text
- music background
