Photography
I provide professional interior and exterior photography to showcase each property development. My approach includes:

- tripod-mounted shooting to maximise image clarity and minimise noise
- Drone photography is included in my standard photography service:
- using a DJI Mini 5 Pro drone
- providing external elevated perspectives that promote:

- setting and surroundings
- the drone service is CAA compliant and insured
- Optimised natural lighting using High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography techniques

Videography
Using video footage is an effective way to showcase a property development, seeking greater engagement and helping the property standout online. I capture external aerial drone footage, to highlight the property and its setting. I also capture interior walkthroughs, using a gimbal mounted camera to capture smooth, property tours, allowing prospective buyers & tenants to appreciate the flow, space and character of the property.
Post the property visit, I edit and sequence the external aerial drone footage and internal gimbal-mounted walkthroughs to generate single polished video. Complete with seamless transitions, optional additional text and background music, the video can be used for promotion via websites, property portals and social media.
